Mortgage fraud, as reported by the FBI, has become a major problem for all lenders.  Spectrum has provided seminars in both the United States and England for management and employees to review the types and forms of fraud, the schemes used, the training necessary to prevent fraud, to recognize potential fraud and to help in its early detection.  Our goal is to implement programs, provide training and eliminate as much fraud as possible.
